Job summary

JPMorganChase is hiring a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to build and retain meaningful client relationships, using our banking solutions to address financial needs. You will collaborate with specialists to tailor recommendations and ensure compliance in every interaction.

The role requires licensing (SIE, FINRA 6, 63 if needed, Life) and the ability to work weekends/evenings, with strong communication and a passion for excellent service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Excellent communication skills in person and by phone to tailor product and service benefits.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and complete required compliance training.
• Licensing requirements including SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor financial recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust through question-based consultations.
• Educate clients on Chase technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) and help them use these tools.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to all banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
