Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Relationship Banker to serve clients in a Chase branch, delivering exceptional hospitality and financial guidance. The role focuses on acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful client relationships while leveraging digital tools for convenient banking.

The position requires proactive client engagement, strong communication, and adherence to risk and regulatory standards, with flexibility for branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to deliver memorable client experiences.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Must meet risk/compliance obligations and complete training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, Life licenses or obtain within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand and help clients, building trust by listening and asking questions.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet their banking needs anytime.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
