JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in-branch, delivering friendly, high-quality service and building lasting client relationships. You will use financial knowledge to offer suitable solutions and collaborate with banking experts to address client needs.

The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, continuous learning, and utilization of digital banking tools to enhance the client experience. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Must meet regulatory and risk obligations and complete required training.
• HS diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required) and Life licenses are required/obtainable.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand client needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
