Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker to provide hospitality-driven, compliant service in our branch. You will welcome clients, assess financial needs, and connect them with tailored banking solutions while leveraging Chase digital tools.

You will meet clients in person and by phone, educate them on products, and collaborate with specialists to address complex financial needs. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and tailor product solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED; weekend/evening availability.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients about technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Meet branch clients in person or by phone to tailor product recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions.
• Perform branch operations in line with bank policies.
