Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Excellent client-focused communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Willingness to comply with risk, regulatory requirements and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, friendly service to clients in the branch.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with branch clients in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and effectively consult with clients and connect them with experts.
• Perform branch operations in line with bank policies and procedures.
