Job summary

Chase is hiring an Associate Relationship Banker to welcome clients in the branch, assess financial needs, and provide thoughtful banking solutions using the latest digital tools. You will build relationships, educate customers on products, and collaborate with experts to address specialized financial needs.

You will work with a team to ensure compliance and exceptional service, including weekend and some evening hours, contributing to branch success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters/tolerances and complete required training.
• Work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations—deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to help clients and build trust—ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
