Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking.
• Excellent communication, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk and compliance obligations and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with branch assigned clients, in person and over the phone, to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products quickly to consult clients about banking solutions and connect them to experts.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices, while adhering to policies.
