Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to deliver memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required compliance training.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration and Life licenses required (or obtained within 180 days).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.

• Learn products and procedures quickly to effectively consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
