Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand in a Chase Branch, acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships with a focus on tailored financial solutions. You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on digital tools, and collaborate with experts for complex needs.

The role requires 1+ year of sales in banking, strong communication, and ability to work weekend/evening shifts. Regulatory training and licensing steps are part of the path.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Adheres to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements; completes required training.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required or obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to understand financial needs and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to build trust and address clients' questions and concerns.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Consult with clients about banking solutions and connect them with specialists as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
