Qualifications

• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with friendly service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and anticipate needs.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
