Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet clients’ banking needs.

You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, tailor financial solutions, and ensure compliant service in a busy branch, including weekends and some evenings.

A strong focus on service, financial knowledge, and regulatory awareness helps you deliver thoughtful recommendations and build trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level knowledge of banking products and services is not required but familiarity helps.
• Regulatory and licensing requirements must be understood and followed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for client interactions.
• Ability to meet branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Experience in retail banking or financial services with a history of selling or cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Explain banking products and services to clients and tailor recommendations.
• Educate customers on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products, procedures, and regulatory requirements to assist clients effectively.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory banking requirements.
