Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to different client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training, including regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or over the phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult clients and connect them to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
