Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand with hospitality and modern banking solutions. You will lead in acquiring, managing, and retaining client relationships, using financial knowledge to tailor thoughtful solutions and address their financial needs, contributing to branch success.

You will educate clients on Chase technology, collaborate with a team of experts for specialized needs, and adhere to regulatory requirements while delivering exceptional service in a branch

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail – consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters/tolerances and meet compliance obligations, including training.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
