Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• College degree preferred (not required).
• Experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related fields a plus.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Meet with clients in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and assess financial needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with specialists.
• Perform branch operations and follow bank policies and procedures.
