Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring features/benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and connect clients to specialists as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
