JPMorganChase is hiring a Relationship Banker for our Missoula branch. You will represent the brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and offer financial solutions to meet clients' needs. You will guide clients through Chase technologies and collaborate with experts for specialized services.

The role requires adapting to branch hours, a customer-first mindset, and compliance with banking regulations. Prior experience in retail banking sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent service.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly to build relationships, and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and refer to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
