Job summary

Qualifications

1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
SIE, Series 6, state registrations, and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
