Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand at the branch, delivering hospitality and tailored financial solutions to clients and building lasting relationships in the Dallas area.

You will engage clients in person and over the phone, educate them on Chase Mobile App and digital tools, manage accounts, assess financial needs, and collaborate with our team to provide expert support while adhering to risk and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences, elevating client experience.
• Strong communication skills to tailor product benefits to diverse clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and compliance.
• Must meet risk/compliance obligations and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses; licensing within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
