Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch to deliver warm, personalized service while building strong client relationships and providing financial guidance. You will use Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to help clients manage their banking needs, and collaborate with team experts for specialized solutions.

The role requires sales experience, excellent communication, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and meet risk and compliance obligations.
• High school degree or equivalent; SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and Life licenses required or pursued within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients about technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and online banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
