Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor product features and benefits to clients’ needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while ensuring consistent client experience.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive and friendly service to create a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and over the phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.

• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult clients and connect them with specialists as needed.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
