You will work in a branch setting, upholding compliance and regulatory standards while collaborating with experts for specialized needs. The role requires at least a high school degree plus licensing (SIE, Series 6, state registrations) with willingness to complete license updates within 180 days.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Must meet licensing requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses).
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
