Job summary

You will acquire and retain clients, coordinate with specialists for complex financial needs, and contribute to the branch's overall success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients – elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, to tailor product benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent; licenses such as SIE and FINRA Series 6 may be required; licensing through JPMorganChase within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly in person or by phone to deepen relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
