JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker to deliver exceptional client care in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions and leveraging Chase digital tools to enhance the experience.

The role emphasizes compliance with banking regulations, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends/evenings. A baseline licensing path is provided through JPMorganChase's program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the service level.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; enroll in JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
