Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry with proven client acquisition and relationship growth.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service quality.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone, tailoring product benefits to client needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance training requirements.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE and FINRA Series 6 (and state registrations) and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses to be obtained if not already held within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly in person or by phone to understand needs and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to build trust and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access to banking services.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to effectively consult on banking solutions and connect clients to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
