Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication, in person and on the phone.
• Strong issue resolution with attention to detail.
• Work within risk parameters and complete training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses required.
• Able to work weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients via in-person and phone meetings to build lasting relationships and tailor product recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
