JPMorganChase in Texas seeks a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to deliver hospitality, build lasting client relationships, and guide customers with banking solutions and digital tools.

You will meet clients in person and by phone, educate them on Chase Mobile App and online platforms, and collaborate with specialists to address financial needs while adhering to regulatory standards.

Formación

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients, deepening relationships, and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with proven ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and complete required training and compliance obligations.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent. The SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; license via JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
