The role requires a solid sales and service background, strong communication, and the ability to meet regulatory obligations, including licenses and NMLS registration.

Qualifications

• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registrations (including 63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• Unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMC’s licensing program within 180 days of hire.
• NMLS registration required; compliance with SAFE Act and Truth in Lending requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming branch environment.
• Acquire, manage, and retain relationships; tailor product and service recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust with clients.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and collaborate with a team of experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
