Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver welcoming, friendly service and help clients achieve their financial goals. You will greet clients, guide them through in-branch processes, and use Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support everyday transactions.

You will develop trusted relationships by listening carefully, asking insightful questions, and sharing product knowledge, while working with the branch team to meet client needs and branch targets.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to collaborate with branch team members.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts per policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Handle branch operations and cash devices while following bank procedures.
