Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Willingness to learn banking products, services and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
