In this role you will build trusted relationships with clients, educate them on products, and help them achieve their financial goals through branch-level support.

You will greet clients, open accounts, conduct transactions, and assist with digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, while following policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver attentive, welcoming service.
• Ability to learn products, services and procedures quickly.
• Compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while ensuring compliance.
• Educate clients on transactions and digital tools like Chase Mobile App.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions and showing empathy.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices following bank procedures.
