Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to tailor features and benefits of products to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Meet with branch clients in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Learn products quickly and collaborate with specialists to address financial needs.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, adhering to policies.
