Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor product features.
• Strong communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Compliance with risk parameters and completion of required training.
• High school diploma or equivalent; licensing requirements to be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
