Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent our brand with hospitality in a branch setting. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, using your financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions that address clients' needs and simplify their lives.

You will learn products, services, and regulatory requirements, collaborate with a team of experts, and help clients leverage technology such as the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Licensing: SIE and Series 6 (63 if required) and Life licenses; obtain within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
