Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a branch to represent our brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and provide thoughtful financial solutions. You will use Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to assist clients, collaborate with a team of experts to address specialized financial needs, and adhere to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and tailor product/service recommendations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• The securities licensure requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses) or eligibility and plan to obtain within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to assist with banking needs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
