Chase is seeking an Associate Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and financial knowledge, helping clients address their financial needs and improving their lives.

You will welcome walk-in clients, discuss solutions, and connect them to our team of experts while adhering to banking policies and regulatory requirements.Weekend and some evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to help clients and build trust.
• Assist walk-in and scheduled clients in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
