Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, tailoring features/benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while complying with policies.
• Must meet regulatory obligations, including training; SIE exam and FINRA Series 6 and state licenses required within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone, to build lasting relationships.
• Communicate clearly and consultatively to understand needs and suggest appropriate banking solutions.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
