You will identify client needs, explain products clearly, and collaborate with a team of experts while adhering to regulatory requirements. The role requires weekend/evening hours and licenses; training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete training.
• High school degree or GED.
• SIE, FINRA Series 6, state licenses required within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust - ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
