F.N.B. Corporation is seeking a Relationship Banker in the Retail unit to support consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending. The role requires utilizing lead generation, referring customers to bank products, and meeting weekly sales goals under the guidance of the Branch Manager.

The incumbent will work across multiple locations in the market, handling teller duties and using approved branch technology, while adhering to FNB policies and risk controls.

Qualificações

• High School or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Detail-oriented and able to use a PC with standard software.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers and identify service and product needs.
• Promote selling and cross-selling of bank products and services.
• Meet weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Input and maintain referrals, customers and applicants data.
• Perform routine teller transactions and branch operations.
• Support risk management and compliance with policies.
