Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller preferred.

Aufgaben

• Proactively engage clients to understand financial priorities and offer personalized banking solutions.
• Identify and fulfill deposit and loan needs, including opening accounts and taking loan applications.
• Provide consultative financial advice aligned with client goals and bank products.
• Refer clients to mortgage, wealth, private client, and business banking partners as appropriate.
• Conduct regular outreach to clients and prospects to offer tailored solutions.
• Support sales culture by coaching associates on product knowledge and referrals.
