Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Retail Banking Associate in West Virginia to deliver outstanding client experiences, perform transactions, and promote digital banking tools. You will help educate clients on Online and Mobile services while supporting the branch sales process to identify opportunities and refer clients to the appropriate team.

The role requires a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask, including weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience preferred.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online/Mobile).
• Support sales by identifying client needs and referring to branch teammates or specialists.
• Understand and communicate Truist Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and continuous knowledge development.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
