Job summary

Truist in West Virginia seeks a friendly, customer-focused teller to deliver a distinctive client experience by handling transactions and identifying client needs. You will educate clients on digital banking options and support the branch sales process, contributing to a seamless, integrated relationship with customers.

This full-time role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and flexibility to travel for temporary staffing needs, weekends, and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions, seeking needs.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales process through outbound calls and client offers.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines.
• Attend training and improve product knowledge to serve clients.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies and stay updated on policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
