Truist in Danville, WV is seeking a Regular Retail Client Service Representative to deliver industry-leading service in person and by phone while expanding client relationships. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment and NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests and sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting client service and sales targets by developing relationships.
• Supports sales process by referring complex needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attends training and product knowledge meetings and classes.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Greet clients and assist them in navigating the branch.
