Truist is seeking a Regular Retail Banking professional to deliver industry-leading client service and expand client relationships in the United States. You will provide financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals, with cross-training to perform teller duties as needed.

Responsibilities include resolving client issues, supporting sales goals, and advising on lending options while adhering to controls and policies. This role may require weekend hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by developing, expanding and retaining relationships.
• Supports team sales process by consultative conversations and referrals to internal specialists.
• Participates in established Retail Community Bank routines and trainings.
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
