Competenze

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients and delivering results.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with the ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail, providing a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters and meet risk and compliance obligations, including completion of required training.
