JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker at a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality and leverage modern banking tech to serve clients. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, offering financial solutions to meet their needs and support branch success.

Responsibilities include building trust, meeting with clients in person or by phone, and guiding them to digital tools while maintaining compliance with banking requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with requirements.
• High school diploma or GED (foreign equivalent accepted).
• Licensing: SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and state registration; licenses require completion within 180 days.

Responsabilités

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with welcoming, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate clients to use technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures to consult on banking solutions and connect to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
