JPMorganChase is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch, delivering hospitality and digital banking solutions. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using financial knowledge to offer thoughtful solutions.

The role requires compliance with regulatory requirements, licensing through JPMorganChase’s program, and the ability to work weekends and some evenings. A strong focus on client experience and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences and tailor solutions.
• Excellent communication, in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or equivalent; licensure per process.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them, in person or by phone.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
