Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Relationship Banker to deliver hospitality and insightful financial guidance in our branch. You will represent the Chase brand, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and use banking solutions and technology to meet client needs.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail banking sales, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends; you will navigate regulatory requirements and pursue required licenses through our program within 180 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone, tailoring product features to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining compliance.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses, obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and connect clients to experts for specialized needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
