Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or financial services delivering results.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and provide consistent experiences.
• Compliance with risk parameters and required training.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service and a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person or by phone, and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) for convenience.
• Learn products and procedures to advise on banking solutions and connect clients with experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
