JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will represent our brand with hospitality, acquire, manage, and retain client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions using the latest banking technology.

The role requires 1+ year of sales in retail banking, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends. You must adhere to risk controls and complete required licensing through JPMC’s program.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable client experiences.
• Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63) and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Proactively manage assigned clients, meet regularly in person or by phone.
• Communicate clearly to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Learn products and procedures to consult on banking solutions with the team of experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
