Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and tailor solutions to needs.
• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including training.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them to build lasting relationships, and tailor product recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and explain banking solutions.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient access.
• Learn products and procedures quickly and consult with experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
